Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Opsides LLC, the operator of Weekit. By creating an account, accessing Weekit, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

A canonical copy may also be maintained at weekit.ai/terms, but this in-app page is provided so customers and payment reviewers can read the terms directly from the Weekit application.

Service

Weekit is a planning and productivity service that helps users organize weekly objectives, daily rituals, tasks, meeting context, and work signals from connected tools. Subject to these terms and your selected plan, Opsides LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Weekit for your own internal business or personal productivity purposes.

Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If you use Weekit on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Weekit. You may not:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• Send spam, abusive content, or harmful communications.
• Upload, import, or process content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Interfere with security, probe or scan systems without permission, introduce malware, scrape at abusive scale, or attempt to bypass technical limits.
• Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or provide unauthorized access to Weekit except where allowed by law.
• Use the service to generate or facilitate illegal content, malware, hate or harassment, deepfakes intended to deceive, regulated professional advice without qualified oversight, or attempts to circumvent safety controls.

User content and connected services

You are responsible for the content, prompts, meeting data, calendar events, messages, tasks, and other information you submit to or connect with Weekit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content. You grant Opsides LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Weekit.

If you connect third-party services, your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. You can disconnect integrations where supported by the app or the connected service.

AI-assisted outputs

Weekit may use AI-assisted features to summarize, organize, or suggest tasks and plans. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, verifying accuracy, and deciding how to use them. Weekit is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

Intellectual property

Opsides LLC retains ownership of Weekit, including its software, documentation, design, workflows, branding, and other intellectual property. These terms do not transfer ownership of Weekit or our intellectual property to you. You retain ownership of your content, subject to the limited license above.

Payments, subscriptions, and Paddle

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period. You can cancel from Settings → Billing to prevent the next renewal charge, and you will keep access until the end of your current paid period unless a refund or termination ends access earlier.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled through Paddle and are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Refunds

Weekit offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests are handled by Paddle. See our Refund Policy for details.

Service availability

We work to provide a reliable service, but Weekit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Weekit if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, repeatedly or seriously violate acceptable-use rules, or if required to protect the service, other users, or legal obligations. You may stop using Weekit at any time.

Rights-holder complaints

If you believe content used with Weekit infringes your rights, contact us at support@weekit.ai. We may remove or restrict content and may suspend accounts for repeated or serious infringement.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opsides LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opsides LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Weekit is limited to the amounts you paid for Weekit during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Opsides LLC harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your unlawful use of Weekit, or your violation of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of Weekit after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
