Weekit, operated by Opsides LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who also handles refund requests. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@weekit.ai and we will help you through the process with Paddle.
What happens after a refund
Once your refund is approved, your subscription will be canceled and access to paid features will end. Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing to prevent the next renewal charge; you'll keep access until the end of your current paid period.
