This Privacy Notice explains how Opsides LLC, the operator of Weekit, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use Weekit. Opsides LLC is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.
A canonical copy may also be maintained at weekit.ai/privacy, but this in-app page is provided so customers and payment reviewers can read the policy directly from the Weekit application.

Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process personal data based on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation. For example, we use contract performance to provide Weekit, legitimate interests to secure and improve the service, consent for optional marketing or optional connected services where required, and legal obligation for records we must keep.
Payments and Paddle
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, subscription billing, and refund processing. We receive subscription and transaction status information from Paddle, but Paddle is responsible for payment-card and checkout information collected during purchase.

- Professional advisers, such as legal and accounting advisers.
- Authorities, courts, or regulators where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- A successor or buyer if Weekit or Opsides LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Cookies and analytics
Weekit may use essential cookies or similar technologies for login, security, session management, preferences, and core functionality. We may also use analytics technologies to understand product usage and improve the service. You can manage browser cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent the app from working correctly.
Retention and deletion
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide Weekit, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Connected-service data may be deleted or disconnected through account settings where available, or by contacting us.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit where supported, and monitoring for security and operational issues. No internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. Requests can be sent to support@weekit.ai.
International transfers
Opsides LLC and its service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
